		<description>Desktop publishing can be gotten free from the opensource program called Scribus (www.scribus.net). I also like the option for most people for using Microsoft Publisher which runs about $150 but is very powerful and easy to use.  I have not used Scribus so cannot give you an opinion. I have used Publisher, Pagemaker, InDesign and a few others. My current standard is InDesign.</description>
